Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms govern your purchase and use of BellCount's paid subscription plans (collectively, "Premium Features"). By subscribing, you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms of Use.
1. Subscription Plans
BellCount may offer monthly, annual, or other subscription plans as displayed in the App Store at the time of purchase. Current pricing is displayed in the app and may vary by region. All prices are in local currency as shown in the App Store.
Subscription pricing, included features and availability may change over time and will be displayed in the App Store and within the application.
2. Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period for new subscribers. The duration and availability of free trials are shown in the App Store at the time of offer. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your selected subscription will begin and you will be charged automatically.
3. Billing and Payment
All billing is processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Your payment method on file with Apple will be charged at the start of each subscription period. Charges are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's own refund policies.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
4. Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. If we change the price of your subscription, we will notify you in advance through the App Store or in-app notification. Your continued use of Premium Features after the price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new price.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone and select BellCount. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to Premium Features until that date.
Canceling a subscription does not delete your workout history, templates, settings or locally stored data. If you re-subscribe, your data will still be accessible.
6. Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple and subject to their refund policy. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not process refunds directly.
7. What's Included in Premium
Premium Features may include:
- Advanced analytics and performance charts
- Enhanced video export and customizable HUD overlays
- Advanced custom workout creation
- Extended workout planning and template management
- Workout insights and training summaries
- iCloud synchronization features
- Additional premium functionality released in future updates
Feature availability may change over time and will be communicated through in-app notifications and the App Store listing.
The specific features included in a subscription plan may evolve over time as BellCount is updated and improved. We reserve the right to modify, replace, improve, or discontinue individual premium features provided that the overall subscription offering remains materially similar.
8. Account Sharing
Subscriptions are for personal, individual use only. You may not share your subscription access with other users.
